All area Pom, Dance, and Drill teams are invited to attend!

Registration

Registration is $65 per routine that your team enters, with a max of 3 routines. Please register as soon as possible so that we can secure adequate judges, facilities and trophies. 

Awards

Trophies will be awarded for each category. The number of trophies will be determined by the number of entries in each style group. Divisions will be determined by school size.

Registration closes Saturday, October 20, 2018.

Team photos will need to be submitted by Monday, October 22, 2018 in order to be included in the programs.

Spectator Information:

Tickets will be $5 at the door. Coaches, dancers and bus drivers will be admitted free of charge. Dancers should be in uniform/team attire to be admitted for free. Children 4 and under will be admitted free with an adult.  

01/

All participants on the gym floor during your performance must be regular participating members of your dance team. All members should be eligible to perform all routines and be enrolled as a full time student. All rules and regulations set forth by NFHS and MSHSAA MUST be strictly followed.

02/

Routines will be evaluated on a point system. Routines may be a minimum of 1 minute 30 seconds and a MAXIMUM of 2 minutes 15 seconds. There will be no exceptions. Points will be deducted for routines not falling within this time frame. Entrances/exits from the floor will not be judged for time or content.

03/

Please bring at least two ways to play your performance music with you on the day of competition. Your music must be the only track on the CD. Please label your music and deliver it to the sound table at least 45 minutes prior to your team's performance. Please have someone available at the sound table to assist with your music.

04/

If props are used during a routine, they are to be taped or padded so they will not damage the gym floor. Props should not be slammed down to cause damage to the floor. Teams will be charged for any damage caused by props. NO fires are allowed.

Rules & Regulations

05/

As of now, judging will be from one side only and the routine should be performed to that side. ALL PERFORMERS will be seated on the opposite side of the gym. This may change depending on the number of entries.

06/

Only soft soled shoes are allowed. No boots, bare feet, or half shoes will be allowed. Only battery video recording is allowed.
